Frozen Princess Tutu Dress: Half Anna, Half Elsa Costume

This Princess dress is based on those two famous sisters - Elsa and Anna! The skirt features Anna on the one side and Elsa on the other. The Anna side has royal blue tulle and a black bodice and the Elsa side has turquoise tulle and a turquoise bodice. There is also a fitted cloak at the back, cerise pink on Anna's side and turquoise on Elsa's side.
The skirt consists of 3 layers of CE tested tulle material. The skirt is made with three layers of royal blue (two plain and a top layer of sparkly tulle) on the one side and three layers of turquoise tulle (two plain and a top layer of sparkly tulle) on the other. There are tulip style flowers around the Anna side and snowflakes on the Elsa side.
The top is a crochet, stretchy tube style top and the skirt is attached to the bottom layers. The top is also fully lined at the front with felt so the decorations will not irritate your child. The bodice on Anna's side is made from black glitter fabric with a floral design similar to Anna's dress in the film and on Elsa's side is turquoise glitter fabric with snowflake detail.
The straps are made from soft polyester tulle and are attached to the back of the dress in two bows. There is a generous amount of material in the straps so you can adjust them as necessary.
Each of my dresses are made to order and each one will be slightly different to the next. The foliage and flowers may differ slightly, depending on stock availability, but I guarantee each one is made as magical as the next.
