Frozen Anna Princess Tutu Dress: Royal Blue Tulle Costume

This Princess dress is based on Princess Anna! The dress is a full length version (to ankle). The skirt is made with Royal Blue tulle and the top is made with a black glitter panel, which is edged with pleated ribbon and features a design similar to Anna's original dress in the film. There is also a fitted cloak at the back which is made with cerise pink tulle.

The skirt consists of 3 layers of CE tested tulle material. The skirt is made with three layers of royal blue (two plain and a top layer of sparkly tulle). There are tulip style flowers around the bottom of the dress.

The top is a crochet, stretchy tube style top and the skirt is attached to the bottom layers. The top is also fully lined at the front with felt so the decorations will not irritate your child.

The straps are made from soft polyester tulle and are attached to the back of the dress in two bows. There is a generous amount of material in the straps so you can adjust them as necessary.

Each of my dresses are made to order and each one will be slightly different to the next. The foliage and flowers may differ slightly, depending on stock availability, but I guarantee each one is made as magical as the next.
