 Terms & Conditions of Ordering

Orders & Payment

- All orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable; shipping is added at checkout.

- I reserve the right to update pricing, but your order will be charged at the rate shown when you purchase.

Custom & Handmade Process

- Every piece is handmade to order – please allow 2–4 weeks for creation before dispatch.

- Slight variations in fabric, colour or finish are part of the handmade charm and not considered faults.

- Changes to design/sizing can only be accepted before production begins. Once work has started, no amendments or cancellations are possible unless agreed with me.

Delivery & Responsibility

- Orders are sent via tracked delivery; estimated arrival times are guidelines only.

- I am not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events beyond my control.

- International orders: any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Faults

- As items are custom-made, returns/refunds are only accepted for proven defects or errors on my part.

- Please report any issues within 2 days of delivery with photos – I will offer repair, remake or refund at my discretion.

Intellectual Property

- All designs, photos and content belong to Flower Fairy Frocks – they may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
