Handmade to Order & Shipping Policy
Production / Making Time
Every dress is lovingly handmade just for you, so please allow 2–4 weeks for creation before dispatch – this can vary slightly at busy times, and I’ll keep you updated if there’s any delay!
Shipping
All orders are carefully packed and sent via tracked delivery. UK orders usually arrive in 2–5 working days after dispatch; international times will vary by location and customs.
International Shipping
International orders take 7-14 business days. Customers pay customs fees and taxes. Customs fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility and there are no returns due to customs issues.
Holiday Rushes
Halloween is one of my busiest periods. Please allow plenty of time for your order to be made and shipped to you.
Orders for Christmas delivery need to be made by 15th November for both UK and International orders.
If you need your dress sooner, just ask – I’ll always try my best to help!
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered, but you didn't receive your item, please check in your safe places and with neighbours before contacting me. 9 times out of 10 your order will have been placed behind a storage bin, over a gate or with a neighbour. Delivery companies rarely leave cards these days, but do usually take a photo of where they have left the parcel for you.
After doing the above, please contact me within 2 days, we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
