Bluebell Flower Fairy Tutu Dress: Handmade Costume with Floral Top

Sometimes less is more, so with that in mind I've created a few of my designs without the added decoration on the skirt areas.
This flower fairy is called Bluebell. She is such a pretty fairy. Her skirt features blue
colour hues and her top is decorated with flowers and foliage.
The skirt consists of 3 layers of CE tested tulle material. The skirt is made with light blue, royal blue, navy blue and white mixed plain and sparkly tulle.
The top is a crochet, stretchy tube style top and the skirt is attached to the bottom layers. The top is decorated on the front with foliage and flowers, as well as other little accessories. The top is also fully lined at the front with felt so the decorations will not irritate your child.
The straps are made from soft polyester tulle and are attached to the back of the dress in two bows. There is a generous amount of material in the straps so you can adjust them as necessary.
Each of my dresses are made to order and each one will be slightly different to the next. The foliage and flowers may differ slightly, depending on stock availability, but I guarantee each one is made as magical as the next.
