Neon Witch Fairy Tutu Dress - Halloween Costume

Welcome to Flower Fairy Frocks

This fairy is called Neon and she is a witch fairy - perfect for Halloween. Her skirt features neon colours and black and her top is decorated with a neon criss cross panel.

The skirt consists of 3 layers of CE tested tulle material. The skirt is made with neon orange, neon pink, neon yellow and black mixed plain and sparkly tulle.

The top is a crochet, stretchy tube style top and the skirt is attached to the bottom layers. The top is also fully lined at the front with felt so the decorations will not irritate your child.

The straps are made from soft polyester tulle and are attached to the back of the dress in two bows. There is a generous amount of material in the straps so you can adjust them as necessary.

Each of my dresses are made to order and each one will be slightly different to the next. The foliage and flowers may differ slightly, depending on stock availability, but I guarantee each one is made as magical as the next.
