This dress is inspired by Ursula, the sea witch from The Little Mermaid. I'm sure you will agree, she's a show stopper.
The skirt consists of 3 layers of CE tested tulle material. The skirt is made with black and purple mixed plain and sparkly tulle. The strands have been twisted and tied at the ends to create a seaweed look.
The skirt is decorated with some pompoms and star shapes in black and purple.
The tentacles are made from satin fabric in black and purple. They are decorated with glitter round suckers and also small pot poms and stars. The tentacles are attached to an elastic waistband which is fully removable if you want to just wear the skirt.
The top is a crochet, stretchy tube style top and the skirt is attached to the bottom layers. The top is decorated on the front with a glitter panel. The top is also fully lined at the front with felt so the decorations will not irritate your child.
The straps are made from soft polyester tulle and are attached to the back of the dress in two bows. There is a generous amount of material in the straps so you can adjust them as necessary.
Each of my dresses are made to order and each one will be slightly different to the next. The foliage and flowers may differ slightly, depending on stock availability, but I guarantee each one is made as magical as the next.
