Sea Witch Ursula Tutu Dress: Octopus Costume, Halloween Party

I absolutely love Halloween and love creating Halloween costumes, therefore from mid July until November my Halloween Collection is available from my Etsy shop. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you order in plenty of time, there is a limited amount of spaces available.

This is my Sea Witch inspired tutu dress. The skirt features purple tulle. The skirt consists of 3 layers of CE tested tulle material. The skirt is made with plain and sparkly tulle. The skirt also features black plaited tentacles, which are decorated with purple glitter suction spots.

The top is a crochet, stretchy tube style top and the skirt is attached to the bottom layers. The top is also fully lined at the front with felt so the decorations will not irritate your child. The top is made with a black glitter fabric, which is decorated with a purple glitter band at the top and edged with pleated ribbon. There is also a large gold/yellow/sand coloured sea shell representing Ursela's Nautilus.

The straps are made from soft polyester tulle and are attached to the back of the dress in one bow. There is a generous amount of material in the straps so you can adjust them as necessary.

Each of my dresses are made to order and each one will be slightly different to the next. The foliage and flowers may differ slightly, depending on stock availability, but I guarantee each one is made as magical as the next.
