Welcome to Flower Fairy Frocks
This carnival collar has been designed to go with my Posy the Flower Fairy tutu dress, but I can make them for any of the other designs available in my shop.
The carnival collar is sized for an adult, but I can make them for children if required too.
This design is made with pastel coloured tulle in peach, pink, lemon, green. The collar is then decorated with foliage and flowers in pastel tones.
It has ties on each size which can be pulled underneath your armpits and tied at the back to secure or if purchased with one of my dresses can be attached the the front near the dress straps.
