Welcome to Flower Fairy Frocks

This carnival collar has been designed to go with my Cherry the Candy Fairy tutu dress, but I can make them for any of the other designs available in my shop.

The carnival collar is sized for an adult, but I can make them for children if required too.

This design is made with pink tulle, large and smaller pink feathers. The collar is then decorated with donuts, lolly pops, sweets and other candy details.

It has ties on each size which can be pulled underneath your armpits and tied at the back to secure.
