Welcome to Flower Fairy Frocks

This flower collar has been designed to go with my Olive the Flower Fairy tutu dress, but I can make them for any of the other designs available in my shop.

The carnival collar is sized for an adult, but I can make them for children if required too.

This design is made with light olive green tulle, large and smaller feathers. The collar is then decorated with foliage and flowers in lilac and green tones.

It has ties on each size which can be pulled underneath your armpits and tied at the back or front to secure or if purchased with one of my dresses can be attached to the front near the dress straps.
