Welcome to Flower Fairy Frocks
The flower collar is my unique take on the large carnival collars you see at Mardi-Gras and other carnivals.
This flower collar has been designed to go with my Maeve Flower Fairy tutu dress, but I can make them for any of the other designs available in my shop.
The carnival collar is sized for an adult, but I can make them for children if required too.
This design is made using olive green tulle in plain and sparkly, foliage, leaves and bright pink, orange and yellow flowers.
It has ties on each size which can be pulled underneath your armpits and tied at the back or front to secure or if purchased with one of my dresses can be attached to the front near the dress straps.
