Welcome to Flower Fairy Frocks
This carnival collar has been designed to go with my Lei Tropical Flower Fairy tutu dress, but I can make them for any of the other designs available in my shop.
The carnival collar is sized for an adult, but I can make them for children if required too.
This design is made using large tropical leaves and flowers.
It has ties on each size which can be pulled underneath your armpits and tied at the back or front to secure or if purchased with one of my dresses can be attached to the front near the dress straps.
