Cowboy Tutu Dress Costume: Handmade Halloween Cowgirl Outfit

I absolutely love Halloween and love creating Halloween costumes, therefore from mid July until November my Halloween Collection is available from my Etsy shop. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you order in plenty of time, there is a limited amount of spaces available.
My Cowboy character dress is based on the popular film character Woodie - perfect for a non scary Halloween outfit. His skirt features royal blue tulle. The skirt consists of 3 layers of CE tested tulle material and is made with both plain and sparkly tulle.
The top is a crochet, stretchy tube style top and the skirt is attached to the bottom layers. The top is also fully lined at the front with felt so the decorations will not irritate your child. The top features a panel of white cow print fabric material, made to look like his waistcoat, underneath is a yellow and red checked top, he has a matching neckchief, belt and of course his sheriffs badge.
The straps are made from soft polyester tulle and are attached to the back of the dress in two bows. There is a generous amount of material in the straps so you can adjust them as necessary.
Each of my dresses are made to order and each one will be slightly different to the next. The foliage and flowers may differ slightly, depending on stock availability, but I guarantee each one is made as magical as the next.
